SALES:

Most sales are final due to the type of products being sold- new, but no longer manufactured.

This is to prevent returns of items being used, deliberately/accidentally damaged, 

or swapped out with a replica.

 Bulk sales (high quantity) may not be processed; and, transactions may be limited 

per customer/address/ business. 

Specific requests will be considered.

This is to prevent fraud risk and minimize high volume flipper acquisitions. 

 Telephone line is a voice mailbox. 

No call in orders are currently being accepted. 

Many times it's easier + faster to verbally communicate to get answers. 

Kindly leave your name, number, any preferred call back time; along with your requests. 

  In-person transactions (including online pick up) are always subject to Maryland's 6% sales tax;

since the physical transfer of goods occur at the business location.

Shipping charges will be deducted from final total when the item(s) are picked up.

Sales may be conducted thru PayPal's Zettle 2 card reader, virtual terminal, or via an online paylink.

Cash is accepted; an invoice bill will be generated for a receipt.

Identification may be required, but not recorded.

Currently not offering local delivery. 

International sales- customers prior to any purchase should contact their card issuing bank to inform them of their online activity & determine what interbank conversion fees may be assessed. 

'Item on Hold/Pending sale' image is displayed- sale is not final, working with customer concerning

special request (shipping or further research).

The quantity & calendar date the hold was first placed will be added to the 'Pending Sale' image

to ensure the case is resolved in a timely manner.

Special promotions- see last paragraph 'Privacy Policy.' 

Disputes- handled directly between buyer & seller.

 If this for some reason does not produce satisfactory results, the buyer has the option 

to contact their issuing card bank to file a formal claim. 

Usually 60 days for a billing error,120 days involving the quality of goods or services. 

GoDaddy only mediates website content (illegal or offensive); not commerce transactions. 

TAXES: 

All in-person transactions and Maryland 'ship to' addresses are always charged sales tax due to the business and it's inventory solely located in this state.

(Excludes anyone that presents a government issued tax exemption card. 

 Their tax-exempt number will be recorded onto the sales slip). 

Marylanders can request an itemized invoice listing the ship charge (non-taxable) separately from the product(s).

Per economic nexus: online sale of physical goods is based on the number of transactions (usually 200) or monetary value (@ $100.000) no sales taxes may be charged until either threshold is reached during a rolling 12-month calendar period (365 days from the date of the 1st sale) in each individual state. 

Vendors that use marketplace facilitators (e.g. eBay, Etsy, Facebook Market Place, Amazon f/b/a)

are required to collect sales tax on every transaction because these large platforms they are using have a presence in every state.

August 2026 update- 17 states have eliminated the 200-transaction count; solely enforcing the dollar amount cap.

International sales: this business is registered to collect USA taxes only. 

Buyer is responsible for their own country's import laws, customs duty, taxes (VAT),

or other documentation required by their government.

Items will not be marked as 'gift' to circumvent the legal tax collection process. 

SHIPPING:

Free shipping offered to Usa 48 states + D.C (see 'Free Shipping FAQs' section link below,)

Prices are not marked up to cover added expenses (e.g. package supplies). 

No end consumer 'buyer accounts' for parcel carriers will be used. 

Shipping methods reside at this end to properly handle delivery services 

(e.g. file/resolve any possible claims).

International shipping is offered.

Note: their Simple Rate basic economy tier involves packages being sent to an independent

shipping center where the package is re-labeled then forwarded to the destination address.  

Only choose this option for lower priced items. 

 USPS Media Mail is for Usa territories only. 

Service cost is not location but weight-based.

USPS nonstandard fees apply to packages that exceed 22" in length

 (e.g. posters & banners sent in a tube box). 

These surcharges went into effect April 2022.   

Packaging materials may include recyclable products (e.g. egg shell cartons) when appropriate.
